Welcome to Path Med Lab, an authorized sample collection centre of Dr. Lal Path Labs. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services, including booking, sample collection, and communication, whether conducted in person, via phone, or through our website. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. About Us
Path Med Lab is an authorized patient sample collection centre of Dr. Lal Path Labs, but is independently owned and operated by Mr. Manoj Kumar. All interactions prior to laboratory testing—including appointment scheduling, sample pickup, and initial customer communication—are solely managed by Path Med Lab.

2. Service Scope
Our services include:
Home sample collection and walk-in sample collection at our facility.
Coordination of diagnostic testing with Dr. Lal Path Labs.
Delivery of test reports via email, SMS, or printed copy (on request).
Please note: Final testing and analysis are conducted exclusively by Dr. Lal Path Labs under their own protocols and standards.

3. Booking and Cancellations
Appointments can be scheduled via call, WhatsApp, or in person.
Cancellations or rescheduling should be done at least 2 hours in advance.
Path Med Lab reserves the right to refuse or reschedule a booking in case of unavailability or emergencies.

4. Payments
All charges for sample collection and test packages will be communicated transparently.
There are no hidden charges.
Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or other modes accepted at the time of service.

5. Report Delivery
Test reports are typically delivered within the time frame communicated at the time of booking.
Path Med Lab is not responsible for delays caused by technical issues or lab-side delays at Dr. Lal Path Labs.
Any discrepancies or issues with reports should be reported immediately for resolution.

6. Data Privacy
We follow strict data protection practices in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Your personal and health information is shared only with Dr. Lal Path Labs for diagnostic purposes and is never sold or misused.

7. Liability
Path Med Lab is not liable for any interpretation, diagnosis, or treatment decisions made based on the test results.
We are also not responsible for the quality or accuracy of testing, which is handled independently by Dr. Lal Path Labs.

8. User Obligations
By using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information.
Follow all instructions related to sample preparation (e.g., fasting).
Treat our staff with courtesy and respect.

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
